BRIDAL GUIDE

DREAM TEAM RECOMMENDATIONS

Bridal trials eliminate stress on the day of the wedding as you can relax knowing exactly how it will turn out. Trials are optional but highly recommended. Most of my brides do their trials 2-3 months before the wedding as everything for the wedding is coming together and they have a good idea of what they are wanting.

To get the best out of your bridal trial, make sure you're prepared:

  • Please bring any photos of what hair and makeup you like, and any hair pieces (including veils) that you are wearing on the wedding day.

  • Wear a white shirt to mimic your wedding dress

  • Get a spray tan a day or two prior if you are wanting to have a tan on your wedding day to see how the makeup will look with a tan. Great chance to have a trial of your tan too!

  • Check out the makeup artist & hair stylist's website and photos. Make sure you like their style of makeup and hair. Save some makeup & hair photos (Pinterest is alright! However, previous photos of your makeup artist and hair stylist's work is even better!)

  • Wash hair the day before for hair styling and have it completely dry

  • Cleanse face prior to makeup trial and avoid applying any moisturisers and serums just before your trial.

  • Have all your questions written down and ready!
